RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

All applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Applicant must have verifiable current employment or income with a gross monthly income of at least one 1 times the rental rate.
In the event that the applicant cannot meet the income requirement, A Lease Guarantor will be accepted (preferably an agency or family member) who agrees to cover any additional costs.

Any applicant with questionable rental history or a prior eviction may be subject to denial of application.
All applicants must complete a rental application, be listed on the lease as a resident, and have full liability to fulfill all terms and conditions of the lease.
 Applicants must consent to a background and criminal investigation search. Certain criminal charges and/or convictions may be grounds for denial.

All applicants must agree to pay $200 .00 non-refundable deposit and $800 per month in rent for shared room $300.00 non-refundable deposit deposit for a single room and $1200.00 rent for single room.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

1 Bedroom has a maximum occupancy of two (2) people.
